SECURITY AND OPENING HOURS

To prepare your visit and facilitate checks related to “Vigipirate” (France's national security alert system) reinforced at the University of Technology of Troyes (UTT), please arrive according to the opening hours indicated below:

Conference venue opening hours: Monday from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 08:00 AM to 7:00 PM
The University is closed on Saturday and Sunday

Please remember to wear your badge (given to you on the first day of conference at the welcome desk) all the time during all the sessions of the conference. Please note that it is necessary to have your identity card/passport with you at all-time in case needed by the security officers.

You may also be asked to present your bag to the security officers.
